As our Manager, Strategy & Operations, you’ll play a critical role in helping the business plan, prioritize, and execute against its most important strategic initiatives. You’ll partner cross-functionally on mission-critical work including M&A integration and GTM acceleration, while supporting annual and long-range planning cycles and company-wide OKR processes
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with exposure to executive leadership and a wide range of functional teams (GTM, Product, Finance, People, and more). • Strong strategic problem-solving skills — you bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills; you can build trust and alignment across senior audiences.

  • 5–7 years of experience in Operations, Strategic Planning, Corporate Development, or Consulting (preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech).
  • Prior exposure to M&A, integration, or transformation work is a strong plus.
  • Experience leading annual planning, OKRs, or company operating rhythms.
