Azumo is looking for a highly motivated Senior Salesforce Developer. The position is based remotely in Latin America. The developer

will work in the EST/ PST time-zone.


The candidate will have extensive experience in custom Salesforce application development, packaging, and deployment. Extensive experience with Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and API development, as well as proficiency with AWS and MySQL is a must. The developer will work on day-to-day tasks such as architecting, coding, and debugging, as well as collaborating with cross-functional team members to design and deploy software solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions within the Salesforce platform.

Requirements


  • Support and enhance an existing custom Salesforce application using
  • 3+ years experience of Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and APIs to provide data to or receive data from third parties.
  • Translate client requirements and needs into technical solutions.
  • Build and integrate custom applications on the Salesforce platform to meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain custom Salesforce components and applications using JavaScript, JQuery, and CSS.
  • Utilize AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, and Lambda to design and implement solutions where Salesforce functionality can't meet client or business needs.
  • Manage a small MySQL database on AWS.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues within SLAs in our custom Salesforce applications.
  • Perform regular maintenance, enhancements, and integration with third-party platforms.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and consultation to clients.
  • Work with offshore development resources.

Basics Qualifications


  • Salesforce Expertise: Extensive experience with Salesforce technologies (Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, API Development).
  • AWS Experience: Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, LAMBDA.
  • Front-end Development: Proficiency in JavaScript, JQuery, and CSS.
  • Database Management: Experience with MySQL
  • Architecture: Ability to architect and follow best architectural practices on the frontend and/or backend
  • Problem-solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve issues and optimize solutions.
  • Client Interaction: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to meet with clients, analyze their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and handle multiple projects concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Salesforce Developer certifications.
  • Experience in Salesforce Canvas as well migrating First-Generation Managed Packages (1GP) to Second-Generation Packages (2GP).
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration with third-party platforms.
  • Experience with version control tools such as Git.
  • React, NestJS (or Node) and MSSQL are considered a plus
