You’ll partner across departments to build forecasting models, analyze performance trends, and support budgeting and strategic planning initiatives. Your work will directly impact company growth, profitability, and efficiency.Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and long-term strategic decisions
- Support annual and quarterly budgeting processes, including variance analysis and reporting
- Prepare monthly and ad hoc financial performance reports for leadership and board-level review
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Product to align financial goals and resourcing
Business Decision Support
- Analyze key business drivers, trends, and KPIs to deliver actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to optimize spend and improve margins through data-led insights
- Partner with the Data and Strategy teams to build out dashboards that support real-time decision-making
- Support strategic initiatives including pricing models, cost-benefit analyses, and go-to-market planning
Process & Tools
- Improve and automate FP&A processes and reporting using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and BI platforms.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and tools
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across finance-related reporting
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business analysis (preferably at a high-growth startup or in tech)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with experience building financial models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial statements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with BI tools and financial planning systems is an asset
