Your Impact
As Product Designer at Dedrone, you will support cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge counter-drone technology that protects critical infrastructure and human life. Your role will be focused on developing rapid technically complex prototypes, design system implementation and management and iterating on specific roadmap initiatives.

- Expertise in creating and maintaining a design system that enables engineering independence and supports incredibly complex software solutions.
- Rapidly create prototypes intended for iteration, customer feedback and stakeholder alignment.
- Support engineering and product teams with specific product design initiatives driven by customer needs and sales/product priorities.
- Work collaboratively with engineering teams to continually optimize design operations for scale through design tokenization, artificial intelligence and code.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX, or HCI, with a proven ability to execute high-craft, technically informed solutions.
- Expertise in visual and interaction design, with the ability to craft elegant solutions for complex workflows.
- Systems thinking mindset, capable of mapping workflows across multiple user types and operational contexts.
- Strong prototyping skills to drive clarity in decision-making.
- A breadth of work demonstrating having navigating complex stakeholder requirements across engineering, product, and business teams.
- The ability to take direction from leadership and execute successfully with minimal oversight.
- The ability to deal with ambiguous problems in a complex problem space.
- Strong writing and comprehension skills.
- A maker’s mindset and attitude.
- Portfolio demonstrating high attention to craft and interaction details.
- Defense or aerospace industry experience is not required, but helpful.
