Description


At Mindera, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the product development process and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market research, and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of product goals and objectives.
  • Create and maintain the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product increments.
  • Provide clear direction and guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with product vision and strategy.
  • Make decisions regarding feature scope, trade-offs, and prioritization to optimize value delivery.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product features.
  • Monitor and analyze key product metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the Learning team to produce training and education materials for internal and external upskilling where required.
  • Communicate product status, updates, and priorities to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Work with the Senior Product Manager or Product Director to prioritise the detailed product backlog, working with technical teams to ensure sprint-level releases are aligned to the strategic product roadmap.

Requirements


  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business needs and user requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform product decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
