Your Role at impact.com:


As a Deal Desk Analyst, you'll play a key role in driving deal execution by coordinating across teams to ensure order forms and amendments are processed efficiently and accurately. You'll help ensure every deal aligns with impact.com’s pricing strategy, company goals, and legal standards. This is a highly visible and collaborative role with a direct impact on deal velocity and win rates. Success in this position requires sharp analytical thinking, strong cross-functional communication, and exceptional attention to detail.

What You'll Do:


  • Prepare and draft accurate order forms and amendments using Ironclad (CLM) in a timely manner.
  • Maintain data integrity in Salesforce CPQ by identifying and correcting quote or contract discrepancies.
  • Review deal submissions to ensure alignment with pricing policies, internal processes, and business objectives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on quoting processes, and pricing and packaging structures.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, RevOps, Legal, FP&A, Accounting, and Product teams to keep pricing guidelines and processes current and well-communicated.
  • Support the development of innovative deal structures to meet unique business goals.

What You Have:


  • 1-3 years of experience in Deal Desk, Legal, data entry, or other sales-support roles (SaaS experience is a plus).
  • Sharp analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail, even in fast-paced, occasionally high-pressure environments.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with confidence in navigating legal contractual language. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) is highly valued and preferred for west coast applicants.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities with a focus on accuracy and quick turnaround times.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Ironclad preferred (or similar quoting, contract lifecycle management, or database systems) 
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Creative, resilient, and an effective team player who thrives in cross-functional settings.
  • Confidence communicating across all levels of the organization.
  • Unwavering integrity and sound judgment when handling sensitive or confidential information.

Salary Range: $70-$80K plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.*This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
