Full-timeDescriptionWe are looking for a driven and capable Operations Lead to join our team! As an Ops Lead for our Retail Carts, you will fill a key leadership role. You will train and maintain a healthy team, assist the Operations Manager with scheduling, take point on on-the-ground operations, and ensure all catering and retail carts’ success.

- Status: Full time (seasonal)

Principal Job Functions:
- Commits to the purpose, vision, beliefs and consistently demonstrates King of Pops’ core values
- Responsible for training, supervising, coaching, and evaluating team members.
- Responsible for driving carts and team members to and from shifts, as well as supplying additional inventory if needed
- Supervise day-to-day operations of HQ Ops area and off-premise pop cart activations.
- Be “on-call” to cover shifts in case of emergencies or call-outs.
- Prospecting new events and locations for King of Pops retail carts
- Oversee & execute shipping and wholesale deliveries weekly at King of Pops Headquarters.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and maintenance of operations area & equipment
- Ensures compliance with human resource policies and procedures by staff.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas for improving service and operations
- Address/resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Drives sales and continuous process improvements for a multi-shift, high volume operation that prioritizes safety, inventory control, regulatory compliance, receiving, packing, and sales.
- Manage and capture content for local social media channels.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs at a time.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Full weekend availability.
- This position requires a results-oriented, high-energy, dynamic individual with stamina and mental quickness to be able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with all levels of management and staff.
Salary Description$18/hr plus tips
