The Opportunity


You will work directly with the Area Vice President and the CRO to cultivate key relationships and close new partners, leveraging your strong network within the bank and credit union industry to drive ModernFi's growth. You will have impact and responsibility from day one, building new relationships, bringing new banks and credit unions onboard, and working directly with the firm's existing partners to ensure client success. Your work will directly impact ModernFi’s mission to empower financial institutions with innovative deposit solutions while shaping the trajectory of the company and its client-focused culture.We value autonomy, ownership, and professional growth.

The Role


Responsibilities


  • Leverage your network to establish and deepen relationships with banks and credit unions, positioning ModernFi as a trusted partner
  • Meet or exceed revenue and booking goals with bank and credit union partners
  • Serve as the primary advocate for bank and credit union partners, maintaining high-quality, frequent contact to ensure their success and satisfaction
  • Maintain exceptional organization around client databases, calendars, and CRM utilization, while establishing best practices for bank and credit union engagement and sales

About You


  • 5+ years in sales, relationship management, or partnerships, specifically focused on banks and credit unions
  • A proven ability to cultivate and leverage strong relationships within the bank and credit union ecosystem
  • Experience working as an account executive or in partnerships in finance, banking, or technology
  • High EQ, trustworthy, and calm under pressure
