Key Responsibilities

Landing Page Design

Design conversion-focused landing pages for direct-to-consumer brands according to defined roadmaps and stated strategic goals.Implement responsive design principles for a seamless user experience across all devices.Stay abreast of current industry trends and gather inspiration for pages.

Platform Utilization

Use, maintain, and contribute new components to brands’ design systems in Figma.As needed, assist developers by reviewing and editing pages in Replo (landing page building software).

A/B Testing & Optimization

Utilize results from A/B testing to make informed decisions about future designs.Implement iterative changes to optimize performance quickly.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to align landing page design with campaign goals. Clearly communicate design concepts and optimization strategies to stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience

1+ years in web design, with a focus on landing page creation and optimization.Design systems experience, especially maintaining Figma libraries, is a plus.

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Figma.Understanding of A/B testing and comfort analyzing data.Knowledge of Replo, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are a plus.
