As a Pop Production Crew Member, you’ll be part of the team that blends and preps the fresh, high-quality ingredients that make our pops truly special.This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role perfect for someone who loves working with food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of something fun and meaningful.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Blend & Mix ingredients according to recipes to make our signature flavors
- Weigh, prep, and label batches of ingredients with precision and care
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and equipment (we take food safety seriously)
- Help out across production when blending tasks are complete—everyone pitches in
- Keep accurate records and communicate clearly with your team and supervisor
- Use equipment safely like knives, food processors, immersion blenders, and steam kettles
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- You’re detail-oriented and can follow recipes down to the gram
- You’re reliable and show up ready to work, on time and prepared
- You’re physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for hours
- You’re a team player who’s ready to help wherever needed
- You care about quality and take pride in your work
- Bonus if you’ve got experience in food prep, production, or mixology—but it’s not required!
