Eberjey is seeking a dynamic and strategic Retail Experience & Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of elevated customer experience, field training programs, and retail product engagement. This role bridges product knowledge, brand storytelling, clienteling strategy, and sales training with field execution and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Head of Retail, the ideal candidate brings a passion for retail, strong business acumen, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to driving sell-through and service excellence in-store.

Product Knowledge & Retail Education
- Develop and deliver brand-aligned product knowledge tools and seasonal selling stories
- Collaborate with Buying and Planning to provide initial order guidance based on seasonality and volume
- Coach and monitor product sell-through and support RTV product management
- Partner with the Supply Chain on fashion/core reorder strategies and delivery alignment
- Collect and deliver product feedback and trends to internal partners
- Collaborate on VM themes and product placement direction with key stakeholders
Clienteling & Customer Experience
- Build and activate seasonal clienteling programs and Endear initiatives
- Develop store-level service and visual standards and audit regularly for compliance
- Support store teams with in-store clienteling tools, supplies, and creative asset needs
- Deliver targeted sales coaching and training to elevate conversion, ADT, and UPT performance
- Drive loyalty initiatives and special event programming across the fleet
- Consolidate weekly/monthly clienteling performance and reporting
Retail Field Engagement
- Oversee onboarding and ongoing development of store teams on product knowledge, service expectations, and storytelling
- Visit stores regularly to coach on the floor and support sales performance
- Deliver clear expectations around sales floor behaviors, client engagement, and visual standards
- Collaborate with Retail Operations on alignment across training, tools, and execution
Cross-Functional Communication
- Liaise with Marketing, Ecomm, Buying, and Planning to ensure retail teams are prepared for all launches and activations
- Maintain alignment with Operations, Visual, and HR to ensure compliance and consistency across the fleet
- Prepare and deliver regular reporting, updates, and recaps to Retail and cross-functional leadership
- 5+ years of experience in a retail field leadership, training, or experience management role
- Luxury, specialty, or service-driven retail background required
- Proven success in building and executing retail training, selling, and clienteling programs
- Strong communicator with ability to influence and inspire across all levels of an organization
- High business acumen with ability to translate strategy into actionable field results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and clienteling platforms such as Endear (preferred)
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to store locations across the U.S.
