Who You Will Be Working With

As an SEM Director, you’ll lead a talented team, oversee a portfolio of clients, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of paid search at PMG.

What You Will Do


  • Oversee a portfolio of clients, managing multiple complex paid search programs and ensuring client satisfaction with SEM performance and support.
  • Develop and execute holistic search strategies, integrating paid search with audience and cross-channel initiatives to deliver cohesive, impactful campaigns.
  • Lead process improvements across testing, measurement studies, audience targeting, audits, QA, and account excellence strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring integration with PMG teams and delivering seamless, full-funnel marketing strategies for clients.
  • Guide media performance and strategy, creating tailored plans, performance roadmaps, and strategic solutions that align with client goals.
  • Determine optimal media mix, leveraging paid search providers to maximize reach, impact, and ROI.
  • Work with analytics and technical teams to develop tools that optimize media and predict outcomes, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Partner with creative teams, ensuring synergy between ad development and media strategies for cohesive campaign execution.
  • Provide forward-thinking insights, delivering campaign projections and analyses with a focus on future opportunities.
  • Monitor emerging trends in the SEM industry, building relationships with media and technology vendors to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Manage a team of SEM professionals, mentoring, training, and fostering their professional growth while ensuring alignment with PMG’s standards of excellence.
  • Maximize adoption of PMG’s proprietary platform, Alli, driving innovation across your portfolio and collaborating with internal teams to develop new solutions.

What You Will Bring


  • 10+ years of experience in paid search, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience, with demonstrated success in managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in overseeing large-scale paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Bing Ads to deliver impactful results.
  • Advanced knowledge of cross-channel integration, including audience targeting, full-funnel marketing, and cohesive campaign execution.
  • Experience implementing process improvements, such as testing frameworks, audits, QA, and measurement studies to enhance campaign efficiency.
  • Strong ability to analyze performance metrics, create future-focused projections, and deliver actionable recommendations that align with client goals.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics for reporting and strategic decision-making.
  • Proven problem-solving skills to address complex challenges with tailored, innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to align SEM efforts with broader marketing initiatives and ensure seamless cross-functional execution.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture strategic relationships with media vendors, technology providers, and internal stakeholders.

PMG is the industry expert in CHC revenue cycle management. We assist with all aspects of the revenue cycle from point of service to final adjudication of the claim. We work to optimize each client's position legally and ethically. We believe in educating our clients on how to increase revenue from third-party payers so they can enjoy a healthy revenue cycle and focus more on patient care. We have a full understanding of CHC operations. We know what sliding-fee scales are and why CHCs use them. We have an appreciation for the entire CHC world, including UDS reporting, cost-based Medicaid reimbursement, school-based health centers, dental claims, substance abuse/detox billing, UGS/NGS Medicare and CHC-centric specialties.
