Senior


Payroll Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll activities accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and serving as a key point of contact between HR, Finance and employees.

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing in Brazil, preferably in a global organization.
  • Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP or similar platforms).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor and social security legislation.
  • Proficiency in government reporting systems such as eSocial and etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Fluent English and Portuguese.
  • Be based in São Paulo or metropolitan region.
