Our marketing team plays a critical role in telling the Avaap story, generating demand, and supporting growth through dynamic, data-driven campaigns.Avaap is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital campaigns, manage Salesforce CRM marketing functions, and develop engaging email and landing page experiences.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of marketing automation, CRM strategy, and performance-driven digital marketing.Key Responsibilities
- CRM & Marketing Automation
- Own and manage Salesforce CRM from a marketing perspective, including segmentation, lead management, campaign tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align CRM workflows with business goals.
- Maintain clean, up-to-date data within Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
- Develop and execute B2B email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, event promotions, nurture sequences, and ABM tactics.
- Monitor email campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and apply data insights to optimize future communications.
- Build and maintain campaign-specific landing pages using web platforms (e.g., WordPress, Pardot/Salesforce Account Engagement).
- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies.
- Ensure landing pages follow brand standards and are optimized for user experience and SEO.
- Digital Campaign Management
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across paid search, display, social, and email.
- Coordinate with external vendors or internal resources for campaign creative, copy, and media placement.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide regular campaign performance reports.
Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with specific experience in B2B and CRM/email marketing.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, or Marketo).
- Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS for landing page development.
- Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and reporting dashboards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- HTML/CSS skills for email and landing page formatting.
- Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.
- Understanding of the B2B technology or consulting space.
- Familiarity with ABM tools and tactics.
Pay Transparency
Compensation for roles at Avaap varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific business unit, team, role, skillset, and level of experience. As required by law, Avaap provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired.• Salary starting at $75,000 is available for this specific role. *During the interview process, alignment to level will be determined and should level differ from position applied for, a new compensation range will be provided for the appropriate role.
