About this role
We are looking for a Pharmacy Manager who willserve as the Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) of Prescryptive Pharmacy, a next-generation digital pharmacy offering both local pharmacy services and integrated support for Prescryptive Health's digital platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering clinical pharmacy services, and actively contributing to technology development and operational excellence.The Pharmacy Manager supports a hybrid model that combines traditional community pharmacy responsibilities with the implementation and refinement of innovative pharmacy technologies and care models.
What you will do
Regulatory Compliance and Policy Development
- Maintains full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and contractual requirements governing pharmacy practice.
- Develops and updates policies, procedures, and clinical protocols in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational objectives.
Clinical and Operational Functions
- Dispenses prescriptions and completes associated tasks including verification, counseling, and workflow management.
- Provides ambulatory and clinical pharmacy services in accordance with professional standards.
- Manages prescription transfers and resolves issues within the digital pharmacy platform.
- Contributes to the development and implementation of new clinical services.
Technology Integration and Product Feedback
- Participates in the testing, evaluation, and continuous improvement of Prescryptive’s pharmacy technology solutions.
- Collaborates with internal teams to provide real-world feedback and insights on digital prescription workflows, user experience, and platform capabilities.
Customer Service and Community Engagement
- Delivers a positive and patient-focused customer experience across all service touchpoints.
- Promotes pharmacy services to local providers and community organizations to support business growth and service awareness.
Inventory and Financial Awareness
- Oversees inventory management including procurement and cost control measures.
- Participates in financial performance monitoring and contributes insights for cost efficiency and operational optimization.
Additional Duties
- Participates in on-call support responsibilities outside of scheduled hours.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What you will bring
- Active pharmacist license in the state of Oregon, in good standing.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Pharmacist-In-Charge or pharmacy manager.
- At least three (3) years of experience in a community pharmacy setting.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a demonstrated ability to manage operational tasks independently.
- Comfort with modern mobile and digital technology platforms.
- Adaptability and initiative in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Demonstrated proficiency in delivering outpatient clinical pharmacy services in an ambulatory care setting.
- Proven ability to structure and manage daily pharmacy operations efficiently, with a focus on prioritizing tasks, optimizing workflow, and ensuring continuity of care within a dynamic environment.
Ideally you will also have
- Completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 residency program.
- Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) certification or equivalent.
- Experience in designing and launching clinical pharmacy services.
- Background in independent pharmacy operations.
- Familiarity with clinical service billing and reimbursement practices.

Prescryptive is committed to fair pay practices. The projected annual salary for this position is $140K to $175K.
