Overview of Role:
We are seeking a mid-level Product Manager with a robust background in business analysis or product management within a technology-driven, software product development environment. The ideal candidate will possess specific domain expertise in loyalty programs and payment solutions. This role demands a proactive approach to taking full ownership of the product lifecycle, from inception through delivery and iterative refinement.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise product requirements, including functional, technical, and user experience aspects.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform product roadmap decisions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and refine product requirements, ensuring clear documentation and communication throughout the development lifecycle.
- Drive the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance product capabilities and maintain competitiveness.
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to assess product performance and identify opportunities for improvement or optimisation.
Requirements:
- For a mid-senior role requiring a minimum of three years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager, and a senior role requiring a minimum of six years in these roles with at least two years in Product Management, both within a product-focused organisation, preferably in the loyalty, payments, or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of requirement elicitation, roadmap planning, and agile development methodologies.
- Experience in working in complex technology product domains is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable product requirements.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and influence decision-making.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering products or features that meet or exceed customer expectations and business objectives.
- Experience and understanding of product management principles are advantageous.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and data analytics concepts is a plus.
