Vivrelle is seeking an Inventory Associate to play a critical role in the company's continued growth. Reporting to our Head of Buying & VP of Merchandising, this role will be responsible for supporting our inbound merchandising operations. This role is responsible for receiving and processing new shipments, ensuring product accuracy, quality, and authenticity, and maintaining meticulous records for inventory and online listings.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. This position is vital to supporting our large and growing member community.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unpack inbound shipments in a timely and organized mannerInspect merchandise to verify condition, accuracy, and authenticity according to company standards
- Catalog and document all items received, including detailed product descriptions and attributes
- Create and assign new SKUs for inventory tracking and website upload
- Upload product information, including images and descriptions, to the company inventory management platform
- RFID tag and label merchandise to ensure accurate tracking and security
- Communicate with internal teams regarding any discrepancies, damages, or inventory issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace in the inventory area
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and reconciliations as needed
- Support additional operational tasks and special projects related to inventory as required
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or similar company
- Previous experience in inventory, merchandising, or e-commerce fulfillment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Familiarity with Excel and/or inventory management systems or e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes of merchandise
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
