Through partnership and collaboration, you will coach our customers to achieve their business goals and maximize value from their investment in Enlyft. You will interact with customers regularly to build relationships, provide awareness to all available Enlyft resources, ensure on-time renewals, and uncover growth opportunities. Ultimately, you’ll be the customer’s trusted advisor and advocate to ensure customer success.Location: Remote (US only) with the ability to travel to client sites and some flexibility to meet with the team at the company HQ in Kirkland, Washington once a quarter (roughly 10% travel required).Responsibilities :Enlyft is looking for a Customer Success Manager with strong communication and presentation skills.
The successful applicant will be responsible for representing the Enlyft brand and product, clearly demonstrating how they align with customers’ unique marketing and sales funnels.
- Proactively manage relationships with accounts to maintain overall customer health
- Execute on the customers’ operational goals to drive adoption, enhance customer success, ensure value realization, and mitigate churn risk
- Develop personalized customer education, on-boarding, and implementation plans to provide user-focused training, onboarding, and engagement
- Work with Sales, Product, and Solutions Engineering to deliver on client objectives and provide a world-class partnership, including the development of custom programs and AI models
- Nurture and expand customer relationships to identify new sales opportunities (up-sell or cross-sell)
- T ownership of customer retention, measured by renewal rate and other customer sentiment and health metrics
- Act as a trusted advisor to the end users and their management to drive product adoption and ensure they leverage the solution to achieve agreed operational priorities, leading to maximum value from Enlyft investment
- Provide ongoing customer insights to leadership on user experience improvements, product capabilities, and customer engagement processes to identify new product development opportunities that address universal customer needs
- Maintain industry knowledge, including an understanding of sales and marketing products, to effectively drive greater customer engagement on the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs
Qualifications:
- At least five (5) years’ experience in a CSM position within a B2B SaaS company working with Fortune 500 clients, ideally with at least three years of tenure in a single position.
- Experience using complex data to drive client's strategic goals, KPI's and objectives
- Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with VP and Director-level contacts, along with day-to-day users
- Strength in project management and experience leveraging internal resources and stakeholders to execute against deadlines
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical end-users
- Self-motivated, proactive, and an innovative team player
- Passionate about helping your customers maximize the benefits of the Enlyft platform
- Familiarity with the Marketing and Sales Funnel
- Experience or desire to work in a dynamic, start-up environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Ability to travel to our Kirkland office and client sites (roughly 10% travel required)
