About The Role:


As a Senior Channel Sales Operations Analyst, you will be a key member of the Sales Operations team, directly contributing to the growth of our business by managing the systems, process, and infrastructure to help scale our organization to the next level. This is a full-time position reporting to the VP of Sales Operations. The Senior Channel Sales Operations Analyst is a cross-functional role that will own the administration of most systems that sales & channel touch. You will collaborate with a variety of functions within Sales, Marketing & IT (business systems team).

In this position, you will take a proactive and leading role in executing the following responsibilities: 

  • Support the roadmap of Projects and System Initiatives that align with Sales Strategy and business needs.  We are a Salesforce shop.
  • Coordinate prioritization discussions with Sales Operations, Sales Management, and IT
  • Gather and document formal business requirements
  • Act as a project analyst or project manager for system enhancements, software evaluations, and implementations in junction with IT
  • Subject matter expert on the end to end operating model from lead to cash
  • Organize and execute User Acceptance Testing and develop training materials for new systems or processes
  • Support Sales through day-to-day troubleshooting of Sales Systems related issues and own those issues through to complete resolution 
  • Support Sales Operations with day-to-day transactions, processes, and organizational changes
  • Take ownership of various Sales systems functions such as Forecasting or Hierarchy management
  • Help manage data integrity and reporting in Salesforce
  • Ad hoc projects for current and other functions

Qualifications:


  • 7+ years experience (in a high-tech environment, in a Sales Operations role)
  • Salesforce administration experience required
  • Experience administering SFDC, partner portals, Clari, Outreach, LeanData or similar systems
  • Demonstrated capability to build strong working relationships with internal business units
  • Ability to work without supervision in fast-paced high-tech environment
  • Experience of data analysis, modeling and/or financial analysis
  • Excellent organizational skills, adherence to deadlines, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google tools

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $111,000 and $155,667/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity.
