The Back Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the back office, ensuring the seamless coordination of special-order processing, inventory management, administrative support, and customer experience. This role involves managing a team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of orders, and providing leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across various departments.

Essential Duties


 Special Order Processing:

  • Manage and oversee the special-order processing team to ensure accuracy and timely completion of all special orders.
  • Ensure all orders are tracked and processed efficiently, meeting customer and operational requirements.

Inventory Management:

  • Supervise shipping and receiving of inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Ensure that inventory audits are performed regularly, discrepancies are identified, and corrective actions are taken.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure inventory needs are met and stock is accurately tracked.

 Administrative Support:

  • Oversee administrative support provided to the sales team, including order processing, data entry, and general office tasks.
  • Ensure reports and documentation related to inventory, sales, and other operational matters are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.

 Customer Experience Support:

  • Lead efforts to ensure smooth order processing, contributing to a positive customer experience.
  • Address and resolve any operational issues impacting customer satisfaction, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.

General Back Office Duties:

  • Supervise daily back-office operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate with various departments to support smooth cross-departmental operations.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to enhance operational flow and meet business goals.
