Sr Project Manager - Product

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biotechnology, healthcare administration, or a related field. PMP or other project management-related certifications are highly advantageous.· 7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on projects with some technical aspect(s) and at least 2 years in the laboratory or healthcare space.· Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects of moderate complexity.· Extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams. Experience working with external vendors or partners is a plus.· Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.· Effective interpersonal, negotiation and meeting facilitation skills.· Demonstrated ability to lead teams through ambiguous situations.· Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.· Experience applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.· Proficiency in project management software (Jira is a plus).· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address project risks and issues.· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.· Passion for continuous improvement.Duties and Responsibilities:· Responsible and accountable for project artifacts such as the Project Plan, Project Charter, Project Kickoff, Project Midterm, Project Closeout and Lessons Learned.· Lead the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout of your assigned program projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.· Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.· Identify project resources and allocate them effectively to meet project goals.· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to assign tasks, manage resources, and ensure project deliverables are on schedule.· Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.· Collaborate with external vendors or partners to ensure the delivery of digital projects on time.· Communicate project goals, updates, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.· Proactively identify potential risks or issues that may affect the project schedule, budget, or scope.· Lead problem-solving efforts to ensure the resolution of project roadblocks in a timely manner.· Regularly review and assess project performance, adjusting plans as needed to stay on track.· Monitor the progress of digital projects to ensure high-quality standards are met throughout the process.· Perform regular project audits to ensure adherence to established quality, compliance, and regulatory standards.· Prepare and deliver detailed reports to senior leadership regarding project status, risks, and achievements.· Manage and set clear expectations for stakeholders regarding project timelines, deliverables, and potential risks.· Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood and addressed throughout the project lifecycle.· Provide leadership and guidance to team members and other stakeholders.· Continuously assess and improve program project management processes to increase efficiency and ensure the best outcomes.· Develop and maintain best practices for program project management.· Performs other job-related duties as assigned.Physical Demands and Work Environment:· Frequently required to sit.· Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.· Frequently required to talk or hear.EEO Statement:We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from candidates regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.The above is intended to describe the general content and requirements for this job's performance.
