- Lead end-to-end design processes while balancing user needs with business goals
- Partner with product, engineering, design, and research teams to deliver cohesive experiences
- Create and own design deliverables from concept to implementation (user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs)
- Work closely with engineering during implementation to maintain design quality and resolve edge cases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills and systematic problem-solving
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently

Compensation:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $130,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $150,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
