Job Summary:
The NetSuite Administrator will serve as the primary IT liaison and subject matter expert for NetSuite, partnering closely with business stakeholders. This critical role is responsible for the overall administration, optimization, user training, and support of NetSuite and its integrated systems. The ideal candidate will champion NetSuite adoption, streamline business processes by leveraging native functionalities, and ensure the system operates at its highest capabilities to meet evolving business needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- System Ownership & Optimization: Manage and maintain the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, and system security. Proactively identify and implement solutions to maximize NetSuite's capabilities.
- User Support & Training: Provide comprehensive administration, ongoing training, and timely support to NetSuite end-users, fostering a high level of user proficiency and adoption.
- Configuration & Enhancement: Design, configure, and optimize NetSuite roles, workflows, custom records, fields, and dashboards to align with dynamic business requirements.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional business and functional teams to identify areas for process improvement, system enhancements, and automation. Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable system requirements.
- Implementation & Change Management: Lead the implementation of new NetSuite features, modules, and processes, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Develop and deliver robust training programs to ensure seamless adoption.
- Documentation & Knowledge Management: Create, maintain, and continuously update detailed system documentation, training materials, and user guides to empower users and ensure effective system utilization.
- Feature Advocacy & Roadmap: Stay current with NetSuite releases, new features, and best practices. Evaluate and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system functionality and drive business value.
- Issue Resolution & Triage: Act as the primary point of contact for NetSuite support requests, efficiently prioritizing, triaging, and driving the resolution of support tickets and system alerts.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite, including active involvement in administration, implementations, upgrades, and integrations within complex organizational environments.
- NetSuite Expertise: Proficient in core NetSuite ERP modules (e.g., Financials, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory) with a deep understanding of standard configurations, custom records, saved searches, reports, and workflows (SuiteFlow).
- Integration Knowledge: Demonstrated experience integrating NetSuite with other business systems using web services, middleware solutions, and APIs. Direct experience with Celigo is highly preferred.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of cross-departmental business processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Inventory Management) and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective NetSuite solutions.
- Methodology: Familiarity and experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Desired Characteristics:
- Industry Specificity: Prior experience with NetSuite SuiteSuccess for Apparel, Footwear & Accessories or similar industry solutions.
- Global Operations: Knowledge of global accounting principles, supply and demand planning, and multi-entity NetSuite environments.
- Analytical & Problem-Solver: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive & Adaptable: Intrinsically change-motivated, a driver of process improvements, and a creator of actionable strategies and plans. Ability to anticipate obstacles and generate creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Planning & Budgeting: Experience with NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) or similar planning tools.
- Collaboration: A highly collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment and can build strong relationships with stakeholders.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
