Job RequirementsThree (3) to five (5) years minimum of experience in oil and gas document controlsDemonstrable experience of Document Control and Records Management Greenfield and Brownfield Projects/Stages; Engineering and Vendor Document Management, As-built, Turnover processes, and technical close-outUnderstanding of industrial standards and regulatory document control requirements: Risk Based Process Safety (RBPS), Process Safety Management (PSM), Risk Plan Management (RPM)Ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy, precision, and excellent grammar
SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Expertise in use and application of software: FileTrail, Documentum/OpenText, SharePoint, AutoCAD ViewerProven ability to complete multiple tasks without close supervisionExcellent communication skills with the ability to accurately solve problemsHighly competent interpersonal and influencing skills to manage ambiguity, conflict, and uncertaintyMaintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidentialAdheres to company's values: integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment, and innovationSupports company vision and missionAdheres to established work schedule, attendance standards, and punctuality to work and meetings
