Hiring Objectives
Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy targeting key segments (research institutions, pharma/biotech companies, CROs)Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on both new customer acquisition and strategic account growthIdentify early adopters, manage pilot programs, and drive conversion from pilot to purchaseEstablish scalable sales operations—including CRM, pipeline management, reporting, and forecastingCollaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Scientific, and Executive teams to align sales efforts with company goalsRepresent Countable Labs at conferences, meetings, and industry events to increase visibility and establish trustCapture and relay voice-of-customer insights to influence product development and company strategy
