Job Purpose


Working closely with the Marketing Manager you will help manage our content calendar, own our websites and create visual and written content for blogs, EDMS, social platforms and campaigns. As brand champion, you will manage and update our brand guidelines, assets, collateral and promotional items and support our presence at conferences and events.

Responsibilities


  • Collaborate across teams to plan and manage the content calendar 
  • Maintain and create content for our New Zealand website
  • Plan and execute a content plan for our Australian website and manage it through to launch
  • Write content and create graphics for collateral, campaigns, EDMs and social media posts
  • Maintain our customer data and marketing lists in the CRM
  • Manage and curate our brand guidelines, collateral, brand assets, templates and images 
  • Co-ordinate our exhibition stand and promotion materials for conferences
  • Excellent communication skills and a love for great copy

Here’s what you’ll bring


  • Design skills and experience using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Needs tobe confident with InDesign.
  • Experience managing website content, a bit of HTML a bonus
  • Confidence collaborating across teams and briefing suppliers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office creating templates and presenting ideas
  • Experience co-ordinating events and conferences a bonus
  • Experience creating on-brand visual and written content
  • Organised and proactive, the ability to multitask and manage priorities
  • Confident to put forward your ideas and see your projects through to completion
  • An interest in technology and an aptitude for all things digital 
  • The attitude to pitch-in where required, even outside your day-to-day role
  • Experience in the healthcare sector would be an advantage
