Finance and Investor Relations Manager

RPC, Inc. (NYSE: RES) is seeking a Finance and Investor Relations Manager to support strategic financial planning, investor communications, and capital markets activities across RPC, Inc. and its sister-company, and Marine Products Corporation (NYSE: MPX). This role will work closely with the Vice-President of Finance and Investor Relations, Director of Corporate Communications and executive leadership to ensure consistent, transparent, and compelling financial messaging to the investment community while also contributing to internal financial analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain investor-facing materials including earnings releases, investor presentations, and Q&A prep for earnings calls.
  • Coordinate investor relations activities across both RPC and MPC, including earnings calls, investor conferences, and roadshows.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance to support investor messaging and strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor peer performance, market trends, and investor sentiment to inform positioning and communication strategy.
  • Collaborate with FP&A, accounting, legal, and communications teams to ensure accuracy and alignment in external disclosures.
  • Support the Vice-President of Finance and Investor Relations, Director of Corporate Communications and CFO in preparing Board materials related to investor relations, capital allocation, and financial strategy.
  • Assist in shareholder engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to internal financial reporting and special projects, including M&A support and capital markets analysis.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance, investor relations, corporate strategy, or investment banking.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and SEC reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear narratives.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with financial modeling tools is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dual-company environment.

Preferred Attributes


  • Experience supporting investor relations for public companies.
  • Familiarity with oilfield services and/or manufacturing sectors.
  • Exposure to shareholder engagement practices.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
