Key Responsibilities
- Drive Internal Communication Strategies:Plan, write, and distribute engaging communication across digital platforms—emails, newsletters, social media, and intranet.
- Employee Engagement & Experience:Conceptualize and execute online and on-ground events, employee campaigns, and engagement initiatives.
- Creative Content Creation:Draft compelling stories, campaigns, and creative assets using tools like Canva and ChatGPT or similar tools to enhance communication.
- Public Speaking & Representation:Confidently host or anchor town halls, team connect sessions, and cultural events.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:Work closely with leadership, cross-functional teams, and vendors to execute communication plans and events.
- Design & Visual Storytelling:Translate communication briefs into impactful visual and written content that resonates with diverse/global audiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Internal Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in internal communication and employee engagement, preferably in an IT or technology-driven environment.
