Our vision is to become the full-service end-of-life and memorialization destination.We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, you will play a critical role in maintaining and updating financial models, ensuring data accuracy, and analyzing key business metrics.This role is hybrid with the requirement of being onsite 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support key business initiatives.
- Perform data gathering and analysis, ensuring seamless integration into financial models.
- Identify and correct errors in financial models ensuring all data flows accurately.
- Report on trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Update and maintain financial models.
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, data analysis, and modeling).
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Final compensation is determined based on a variety of factors such as experience, education, certifications, and geographic location.
Salary Description$60k-$75k + Bonus
