This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to how a leading SaaS company communicates – in a way that’s more human, transparent, and community-driven.You’ll help shape and execute our evolving social strategy by creating and publishing content that blends thought leadership, behind-the-scenes storytelling, and product highlights – with a special focus on our social media tools and offerings.
You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to surface stories, keep our calendar moving, and connect meaningfully with our audience.Why This Role Matters:This isn’t just a posting role – it’s a creative opportunity to help evolve Piano’s social presence from polished and formal to conversational, insightful, and community-driven. You’ll help bring to life the stories behind our people, experiments, and product development – while giving extra visibility to our social media tools and offerings. Your work will help humanize the brand and deepen our connection with clients, prospects, and the broader industry.What You’ll Do:
- Draft, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn and other core platforms
- Maintain and contribute to a collaborative content calendar
- Share behind-the-scenes stories, internal experiments (e.g., Project Ferris, Tutor), and strategy insights
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for content sourcing and approvals
- Support paid and organic campaigns tied to webinars, product releases, and client stories
- Monitor engagement and flag opportunities for timely interaction
- Assist in performance tracking and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
- Based in or near Amsterdam
- 1–3 years of social media experience, ideally in a B2B tech or digital experience context
- Excellent writing skills – clear, thoughtful, and aligned with our tone
- Curious and creative – you see content opportunities in team activity and client success
- Comfortable with async collaboration and cross-time zone coordination
- Familiar with LinkedIn and open to exploring platforms like Threads, Bluesky, or YouTube
- Bonus: Experience with Socialflow by Piano, Canva, Figma, Asana
