SUMMARY
Marketing, Manager is a growth-oriented role that will evolve into a strategic marketing leadership position. You will work closely with the CCO and leadership team to shape our go-to-market strategy while executing high-impact marketing programs today.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Strategic Marketing & Positioning
- Collaborate with CCO and commercial leadership to evolve brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy as we scale.
- Translate scientific and technical capabilities into compelling marketing narratives.
- Support customer communications initiatives with strategic messaging and materials.
- Marketing intelligence and data
- Analyze Companies market for sizing and needs (including segmentation, adjacent markets, and growth drivers)
- Competitive analysis, both existing and emerging
- Draws data from both internal BD data sources (e.g. SFDC) and external industry sources.
- Works with CCO to inform key strategic decisions during the 5-year LRP process
- Keeps CCO and LT informed on marketing trends real time
Sales Enablement
- Develop and maintain marketing materials: pitch decks, service brochures, data sheets, and corporate presentations.
- Equip the commercial team with tailored content and campaigns aligned with the sales pipeline.
- Work with Inside Sales to provide key criteria to be used for Lead Scoring to enhance our success rate through the funnel.
Events & Conferences
- Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows and conferences including logistics, booth design, collateral, lead tracking and ROI analysis.
- Represent the company onsite, supporting business development and technical teams.
- Set up internal procedures to support conference support from the site.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing ROI.
- Regularly report insights and recommendations to optimize spend and impact.
Digital & Content Marketing
- Oversee digital presence, including website, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Manage and lead content strategy: case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, technical blogs, etc.
- Coordinate with external digital/creative agency partners

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B life sciences, biotech, or CDMO environments.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Extraverted in the sense of external orientation into the biotech markets
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and event planning.
- Ability to translate complex scientific/technical content into compelling marketing assets.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills — written, visual, and interpersonal.
- Collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders.
- Collaboratian with Bora Pharmaceuticals
- External marketing team
- Experience working with biotech/biopharma clients or stakeholders.
- Exposure to CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, etc.).
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in biotech marketing.

- Hybrid/ Remote (3 remote/ 2 onsite)
Salary Description$105,400 - $125,000
