So, what’s the role all about?


NICE looks to automate customer service across the areas of workflows, agents and knowledge.  Through providing the world’s #1 cloud customer experience AI platform, combining best-in-class Workforce augmentation, Workflow Orchestration, Service Automation and Artificial Intelligence on an Open Cloud Foundation.This  means you might have spoken to a service agent who was actively using our platform or you might have used one of our chatbots, self-serve knowledge bases or received pro-active emails, text or voice calls that were sent using our technology.At NICE we work closely with our partner ecosystem to sell and deliver our solutions.Location: London (including travelling to our partners in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) & APAC (Asia Pacific)

The role requires flexibility in working hours to effectively collaborate with global teams, including those based in the Philippines, the Americas, and other regions. 

How will you make an impact?


  • Collaborate with our partner executives to identify and prioritize enablement needs like Partner Onboarding, Sales positioning, Value Proposition, Sales plays and Continuing Enablement
  • Design & deliver required enablement programs to our Partners. Program formats includes eLearning, webinar, experiential exercises, workshops, classroom-based delivery, and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Enablement team to provide reporting and analytics related to designated enablement programs to Partner Sales Leadership.
  • Travel is required for this role where you will have 3 to 4 onsite meetings per month. Travel covers our entire international market.

With our wide range of solutions and different type of partners- no day will be the same!

Have you got what it takes?


  • 5+ years’ experience in either: Sales/Revenue Enablement, direct or in-direct SaaS sales
  • Partner Management, Customer Success or Pre-Sales in Contact Center software
  • Demonstrated success within rapidly emerging technology companies 
  • Strong presentation skills – Must possess the ability to effectively build credibility in front of all levels of management
  • Training / Coaching & Session Facilitation experience
  • Experience with training on Sales Methodologies

You will have an advantage if you also have:


  • SaaS contact center experience 
  • Experience in selling digital
  • Enablement design experience 
  • Experience with Highspot & Cornerstone platforms
