The
Packaging Technician is responsible for producing and packaging various beverage products. This role ensures a clean and safe work environment, inspects products for quality, and assists with packing, quality control, and assembly.
Responsibilities
- Construct and label boxes, trays, and cartons.
- Inspect products and packaging for defects.
- Pack and label finished items for shipment or storage.
- Clean and sanitize the work area, following food safety guidelines.
- Apply product labels and box products according to processes.
- Efficiently arrange products on pallets.
- Work collaboratively with the team.
- Meet or exceed daily packaging quotas.
- Record product, packaging, and order information.
- Maintain a positive attitude and be open to feedback.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous packaging, assembly, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Must be able to follow English instructions (verbal and written).
- Ability to perform basic visual quality inspections.
- Ability to keep pace with other team members.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment with frequent interruptions and noise. You should be able to:
- Stand for extended periods (75% of the time).
- Perform repetitive tasks.
- Lift up to 50 pounds at a time, and move objects up to 75 pounds with or without assistance.
- Work in varying temperatures (35-40 degrees Fahrenheit and 75+ degrees Fahrenheit).
- Be exposed to a damp environment, airborne particles, and chemicals.
- Climb ladders multiple times per shift.
Work scheduled shifts, including
M-F
8-hour shifts, weekends, and occasional overtime.
