We’re hiring a full-time, remote Nurse Practitioner to deliver quality care to Medicare and Medicaid members — no clinic stress, no guesswork, just great work.
The Role:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
- Employment: W-2 with full benefits
- Location: 100% Remote (no travel!)
- Salary:$120,000–$140,000/year
- Focus Areas: Preventive and risk-based virtual visits
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Conducting Medicare Annual Wellness Visits
- Performing and documenting risk assessments
- Closing HEDIS care gaps
- Managing HCC, ICD-10, and CPT II coding accurately
What You’ll Need:
- Active NP license in California (CA)
- AND at least one additional license from the following states:
- Kentucky (KY), Georgia (GA), Wisconsin (WI), Maine (ME), Ohio (OH), Connecticut (CT)
- 1+ year experience in Family or Internal Medicine
- Registered with Medicare and Medicaid
- Comfortable working across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial lines
