What you’ll handle:
- Receive and process referrals from hospitals, facilities, and MDs
- Verify insurance, authorizations, and payor sources
- Enter clean, accurate info into the EMR
- Communicate with field staff, schedulers, and leadership
- Keep things moving when multiple requests hit at once
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in home health intake (this is non-negotiable)
- Fast, focused, detail-oriented
- Strong phone and written communication
- Solid tech skills—no need to babysit your inbox or EMR entries
- Calm under pressure and comfortable owning outcomes
Pay: $19–$24/hour, depending on experience
