Simplistic is looking for a talented and detail-driven
Email Designer to support our Sales and Marketing teams in crafting high-impact email campaigns for our portfolio of client brands. In this role, you’ll collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and account managers to design visually engaging, performance-optimized emails that drive customer engagement and conversions. You’ll work with tools like Klaviyo and Figma for layout and design, and contribute to the creative execution of lifecycle, promotional, and transactional email flows. As an EMAIL DESIGNER, this role could include:
- Create best-in-class email designs using Figma, adhering to design guidelines and email marketing best practices.
- Export designs and implement them in Klaviyo, with the ability to handle quick design turnaround in real time.
- Design reusable email templates using auto-layout and component features of Figma.
- Communicate effectively with the Los Angeles team via Slack during US Pacific time zone working hours.
- Pay serious attention to detail in all aspects of design work and be proactive in learning new ways to enhance creativity and efficiency.
Required Competencies
- Strong English communication skills and comfort with a responsive Slack messaging culture.
- Excellent Figma knowledge and a portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills.
- Experience in exporting designs to email marketing software, with Klaviyo experience being a plus.
- Working knowledge of email marketing design best practices and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Ability to handle quick design turnaround and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop for photo editing is a plus.
