BlackStone eIT is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting HR functions, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth HR process for employees and management alike. Your organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality will be key in creating a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Maintain and update employee databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll and benefits administration.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
- Compile and maintain HR documentation, including policies, procedures, and employee files.
- Provide administrative support to HR team members as needed.
- Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
- Help facilitate employee engagement and satisfaction surveys.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
