Position: Working Capital Fund Financial Analyst (Strategy)
Location: National Capital Region (NCR)Job descriptionWe are seeking an experienced Working Capital Fund (WCF) Lead Financial Analyst (Strategy)to provide critical financial planning, analysis, and execution support to the client. This role is essential to ensuring accurate budget formulation, execution tracking, and cost estimation activities. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of WCF principles, DoD financial systems, and experience supporting budget submissions and program-level financial documentation.Job requirements:Clearance Required: Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree, plus 10 years of financial management experience in a Working Capital Fund (WCF) DoD environment, or 5 years of DoD experience and any of the following degrees/certifications:
- Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)
- Certified Defense Finance Manager (CDFM)
- Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
- Proven ability to prepare comprehensive WCF transition.
- Strong understanding of federal financial regulations, WCF principles, and DoD budget cycles.
