Job Description


As theGlobal Head of Partnerships and Alliances, you will lead Arc XP’s strategy and execution for building a high-impact partner ecosystem. This role is accountable for delivering substantial revenue growth, customer value, and innovation through strategic alliances. You will oversee a dedicated global team responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding partnerships that contribute to over half of Arc XP’s revenue. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, you will shape the future of our ecosystem and play a critical role in advancing Arc XP’s global SaaS presence.

What You’ll Do


  • Lead and develop a high-performing global partnerships team by setting clear goals, providing coaching, and fostering a collaborative and accountable culture.
  • Create and execute a global partnerships framework that supports Arc XP’s go-to-market strategy and long-term business growth.
  • Drive revenue impact by delivering on annual targets for partner-sourced sales opportunities and qualified pipeline value.
  • Expand global reach by identifying, vetting, and launching new partnerships that align with our strategic objectives and market needs.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key partners by understanding their goals and aligning our solutions for mutual business success.
  • Own executive-level relationships with select strategic partners to accelerate joint opportunities and ensure seamless execution.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements in collaboration with legal and compliance teams to ensure optimal terms.
  • Act as the face of Arc XP within the partner ecosystem, articulating our mission, product vision, and value proposition in a compelling and credible way.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, legal, and customer success to activate and optimize partnership initiatives.
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics to measure the success and strategic impact of partner engagements.
  • Analyze partnership performance using data insights to inform optimization and future investment decisions.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor moves to identify emerging partnership opportunities and areas for differentiation.
  • Advise executive leadership on partnership strategies through regular briefings, market analysis, and performance insights.

Skills and Experience You Bring


  • 15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, business development, or a related function.
  • 8+ years of experience leading global teams, with a proven ability to inspire, scale, and retain high-performing talent.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving significant revenue through partnership ecosystems, ideally within SaaS, media, or content platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and negotiation skills and a consistent ability to align partnership strategy with business outcomes.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills with a global, culturally competent mindset.
  • Deep understanding of the dynamics and drivers of the SaaS ecosystem, with experience navigating complex partner organizations.
  • High adaptability and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, and matrixed environment.
