We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to help modernize and enhance a widely used enterprise solution. You’ll work across the entire stack—from system design to deployment—and tackle meaningful technical challenges while helping drive the evolution of a large-scale platform.This role offers the chance to make a visible impact in a high-autonomy, high-trust environment, collaborating closely with a passionate engineering team that values ownership, creativity, and pragmatic problem-solving.

Work Setup


This is a hybrid role based in Surrey, BC, with one in-office day per week to support collaboration and team connection.

What You’ll Do


  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance software that solves real-world customer problems.
  • Write clean, modular code aligned with best practices, including object-oriented design, clean architecture, and SOLID principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape architecture, drive feature development, and make key technical decisions.
  • Work with both modern and legacy systems, integrating with third-party APIs and cloud platforms as needed.
  • Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases, including crafting performant SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate development and testing.
  • Contribute to clear technical documentation that enables others to maintain and build on your work.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and partner with stakeholders to deliver quality software iteratively.
  • Stay current with technology trends and recommend thoughtful, value-driven adoption.
  • Share knowledge and mentor others to foster a collaborative, growth-oriented engineering culture.

What You Bring


  • 7+ years of experience developing production-grade backend systems.
  • 3+ years working with scalable architectures and modern frameworks.
  • Proficiency in backend languages such as Java (Spring Boot), Python, or similar.
  • Strong frontend skills using JavaScript/TypeScript with frameworks like React (preferred), Angular, or Vue.
  • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and/or NoSQL.
  • Solid understanding of service-oriented or microservices architectures.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have


  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, containerization, monitoring).
  • Background in full stack development.
  • Domain knowledge in dental or healthcare tech.
  • Experience with .NET and/or technical leadership responsibilities. Compensation:CAD 130000-140000
