Join our team as a Senior HR Business Partner!
This is a hybrid role based out of Amsterdam, Netherlands.As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP), you'll be the driving force behind our team's success and innovation! Serving as a strategic advisor, you'll align HR strategies with our company's big-picture goals, paving the way for exceptional performance and growth. Collaborate with our HR Centers of Excellence—Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and HRIS—to concoct people solutions that are not only integrated and scalable but also groundbreaking! As the Sr.
HRBP, you'll lead the charge in pioneering workforce planning, nurturing talent, optimizing organizational effectiveness, and sparking employee engagement initiatives. All the while, you'll ensure we stay on top of our game with HR policies and employment laws. Get ready to make a real impact and have some fun along the way!
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and other HR related topics.
- Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D, HRIS) to deliver cohesive and effective people solutions tailored to business needs.
- Lead performance management, succession planning, and leadership development efforts to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement, inclusion, and a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
- Guide leaders through organizational change, offering expertise in communication, change management, and team effectiveness.
- Leverage data to inform decisions and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Address a wide range of complex problems and assist in the resolution of escalated employee relations issues and mediate disputes.
- Ensure compliance with Human Resources policies, procedures, requirements, and applicable legal regulations.
- Ensure that HR matters are handled effectively, efficiently, consistently and at pace in line with Country specific legal and company requirements
- May lead program and process/procedure reviews, develop, and implement improvements.
- Adhere to all quality and safety standards within the department.
- Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.
- Perform additional tasks assigned.
What It Takes
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years’ relevant HR experience
- Advanced knowledge of employment law and HR policies and practices; financial/business acumen
- Ability to think critically and strategically to solve complex organizational challenges and align HR initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Advanced consultation skills in guiding leaders and teams through organizational change, including restructuring, cultural transformation, and process improvement.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in interpreting HR metrics and workforce data to drive decisions, identify trends, and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional HR projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.
- Skilled in coaching leaders and managers to enhance their effectiveness, support team development, and build leadership capability.
