About the Role


As our Customer Success Manager, you'll fill a key role in scaling our customer success platform and supporting our customers along their value journey.This is not your typical CSM role. We're looking for someone to own customers (including onboardings, implementations, and ongoing customer success support), but our ideal candidate will also have an immense impact on our entire customer success motion. They will help build it from the ground up, and their creativity and strategic thinking will be critical elements to our continued success and growth.Working alongside our Customer Success and Customer Success Operations teams, the Customer Success Manager will inherit a broad set of customers as well as an existing customer success process.

The expectation will be for the Customer Success Manager to continuously re-evaluate all existing processes and, with their own creativity and expertise, take our customer success motion to new heights.

Key Responsibilities


  • Own the complete customer lifecycle including onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success support
  • Develop and implement strategies that enhance our customer success operations
  • Build scalable processes and workflows from the ground up
  • Ensure customer retention by helping clients achieve their success criteria and realize platform value
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize existing customer success processes
  • Drive efficiency, scalability, and growth across all customer touchpoints
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences at scale
