What you’ll do 


Reporting to the IT Operations & Security Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing the efficiency and excellence of Devtech’s global IT operations, managing the company’s systems, networks, hardware, and software to ensure seamless functionality. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing, installing, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows, Linux, and Mac workstations to maintain optimal performance.
  • Managing and optimizing the Microsoft ecosystem, including Intune MDM, Exchange, and Microsoft 365, to support business operations.
  • Supporting the deployment, configuration, and administration of software and services used across the organization.
  • Performing systems administration functions, including MDM, software updates, and backups.
  • Implementing and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Applying Zero Trust principles to secure systems, networks, and data access.
  • Providing high-quality desktop and helpdesk support, promptly resolving tickets submitted through the IT Service Desk system, and addressing issues with applications, workstations, and related equipment with minimal disruption.
  • Assisting and training users on the effective use of new hardware and software.
  • Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including implementing improvements to streamline setup and access management.
  • Proactively implementing process improvements and automating IT operations to increase efficiency.
  • Collaborating with vendors as needed to support IT operations and resolve issues.
  • Ensuring data is handled, transferred, and processed in compliance with legal and company guidelines.
  • Adhering to principles of security, availability, integrity, and confidentiality as defined in internal policies.

​What you’ll need


  • At least 3 years of experience as an IT System Administrator (or in a related field)
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Windows 10/11, Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
  • Experience with Active Directory user and policy management, including integration with Azure AD.
  • Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) concepts
  • Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM), including Single Sign-On (SSO) and conditional access policies.
  • Strong understanding of Zero Trust security principles and their application in IT operations.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a significant advantage.
  • Knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, including how it works and key implementation concepts, is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills for system analysis and optimization are highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Serbian and English.
  • Proactive approach to IT operations and a collaborative, team-player attitude.
