Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about our consumer electronics products and assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues by identifying the root cause and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while ensuring all customer information is accurately captured.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and issues to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, pricing, and promotions to accurately assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience and streamline processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software; experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in consumer electronics and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Bilingual Spanish a plus.
