Interim Human Resources Executive (6-Month Contract)
Position Summary
Monet Bank (operating under Beal Bank's Texas Charter) is seeking a results-oriented Interim HR professional to support core HR functions during a 6-month transition period. Reporting to the Head of People, this individual will assist with administrative tasks such as reports, check requests, interview scheduling, HR research, etc. This role requires a well-rounded HR generalist with a strong background high growth recruitment strategy, policy development, and HRIS optimization. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight and hands-on capability to maintain operational continuity and support ongoing HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment for open positions across departments
- Manage the interview process and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions and sourcing strategies
- Oversee onboarding and ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee experience
Policy Development & Compliance
- Review and update HR policies to ensure legal compliance and alignment with company culture
- Address employee relations issues and support conflict resolution
- Implement and enforce consistent HR practices across departments
HRIS Management
- Evaluate and optimize current HRIS (e.g., ADP, BambooHR, Rippling, etc.)
- Ensure accurate data management, reporting, and recordkeeping
- Support implementation or upgrades if applicable during the contract term
Employee Support & Culture
- Serve as the point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and guidance
- Help manage performance management and feedback processes
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment
Interim Leadership & Transition Planning
- Provide strategic support to leadership on workforce planning and HR priorities
- Document processes and recommendations for the incoming permanent HR leader
- Assist with knowledge transfer and team stabilization initiatives
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HR generalist experience
- Proven expertise in recruiting, employee policy management, and HRIS systems
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, and HR best practices
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
Contract Details
- Duration: 6 months

- Compensation: Competitive based on experience (hourly or salaried)
- Option to Extend or Convert: Possible based on performance and business needs
