Now is an exciting time to join as we grow rapidly around the world!We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager – Grocery (Southern Europe) to join our Business Development team. You'll play a key role in driving Starship's expansion, bringing our innovative autonomous delivery services to new markets across Southern Europe.You will take full ownership of Starship’s commercial success in the grocery vertical across Southern Europe. You’ll be responsible for building and closing high-value, multi-stakeholder deals with leading grocery chains and delivery apps, establishing strategic partnerships that result in robot deployments across multiple locations.This is a quota-carrying role focused on net-new business, upselling, and multichannel expansion.
You’ll work cross-functionally with operations, legal, marketing, and public affairs to bring our robots to new cities and countries.
This is a fully remote role, based in either France or Spain.
Candidates should be legally authorized to work and reside in one of these countries. As we don't currently have an office entity in these regions, you will be hired as an Employer of Record (EOR) through a third party, while being fully integrated into Starship's team and culture.

Your main responsibilities are:
- Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for large grocery accounts across France, Spain, Belgium, and Luxembourg
- Building long-term relationships with C-level executives, innovation leads, and operations stakeholders
- Leading complex, multi-location negotiations and navigating long enterprise sales cycles
- Working closely with legal and finance to structure compelling commercial offers
- Partnering with marketing and public affairs to ensure alignment on campaigns and regulatory strategies
- Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting in CRM and reporting regularly on progress toward regional targets
- Acting as the face of Starship at regional grocery events, trade shows, and strategic meetings

What we hope you’ll bring to the table:
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably within B2B SaaS, logistics, or automation. Experience with a focus on grocery, FMCG, or retail, especially innovative solutions, is a strong plus
- Proven ability to close 7- and 8-figure deals and effectively manage long, consultative sales processes
- Experience working across Southern European markets, in at least two of the following countries: France, Spain, Belgium, or Luxembourg. Deep knowledge of grocery retail and quick commerce dynamics within at least two of these core countries is a strong plus
- Excellent French and English communication skills. Fluency in Spanish is a strong plus
- Experience with MEDDPICC or similar comprehensive sales methodologies
- Strong executive presence and a demonstrated ability to influence senior decision-makers
- Comfort working effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- A self-starter mindset with a bias for action and a strong hunger to win new business
- Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM system
- Willingness to travel across the region as needed to meet business demands
