Systems Administrator T2 – NOC
Position Summary: BlueAlly Technology Solutions, LLC is looking for experienced technical individuals for our Systems Administrator position! As a part of the BlueAlly Technology Solutions, LLC team, you will be accountable for understanding client needs and supporting their IT solutions to meet their needs as well as follow best practices for solution implementation, documentation and communication. As a Systems Administrator T2, you will provide consultation to customers on integrating and supporting industry leading technologies into their infrastructure to solve business problems.
The Systems Administrator T2 is accountable for developing knowledge of BlueAlly Technology Solutions, LLC products, procedures and technologies. A successful candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic in dealing with customers and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will report to the Support Operations Manager. Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to build, manage, and support solutions to meet their needs.
- Customer vulnerability patching of servers and network.
- Help the Sr Systems Administrator design, install and manage compute infrastructures including equipment, servers, and software at remote client sites.
- Able to adapt, troubleshoot, and provide support for various customer systems, including occasional after-hours work.
- Provide consultation and support through written, verbal, and face-to-face correspondence.
- Create written technical documentation for technologies of any completed work.
- Provide management and support for BlueAlly service platform.
- Other projects, tasks, and duties as assigned.
- With the direction of the Sr. Systems Administrator, responsible for the technical administration, engineering, and support for Citrix applications and overall environment.
- With the direction of the Sr. Systems Administrator, deployment and configuration of Citrix infrastructure and ensures stable performance through performance monitoring and tuning.

- Cloud administration: Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud.
- 1-2 years Azure and/or AWS management experience.
- Some experience deploying, troubleshooting, and/or managing cloud-based VMs, applications, and networking.
- Planning, implementation and growth of the AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Build, release and manage the configuration of all production systems.
- Ensure necessary system security by using best in class cloud security solutions.
- Recommend process and architecture improvements.
- Strong experience with VMware infrastructure architecting, upgrading, and supporting within an enterprise organization.
- Associate degree in information technology field or 1-2 years’ work experience in technology field.
- 1-3 years functional experience working in a Windows-based server environment with an understanding of windows domain architecture.
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA) preferred.
- Experience managing Citrix environments of over 200 concurrent users.
- Microsoft technologies - including Active Directory, Windows (desktop and server), DHCP, DNS, etc.
- Proficiency in these areas:
- Citrix technologies – Citrix Virtual Apps (XenApp), Citrix Virtual Desktops (XenDesktop), Director, Citrix Cloud, PVS, and NetScaler.
- Profile management – Citrix WEM, FSLogix, GPO.
- Designing, implementing, managing and providing technical support for virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environments.
- Proactively monitoring the VDI for performance issues, system health and security vulnerabilities and being able to address the vulnerabilities.
- Citrix patch management.
- Responds to and identifies, isolates, and prioritizes the determination and resolution of significant problem events (e.g., router, switch, server, carrier, and cable interface problems) through the use of network management tools, test equipment and/or the diagnostic capabilities of firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Minimum 1-3 years’ functional experience working in a Windows-based server environment understanding Active Directory. (Managing Domain controllers, CA, IIS, Group policy etc.)
- Understanding of VMware or Hyper-V
- Experience with Meraki deployments and management is a plus.
- Experience with Fortinet solutions is a plus
- Experience with Cisco Call Manager or other VOIP Solutions is a plus.
- Willingness to expand your technical skill set outside of core technology strengths
- Associates degree in Information Technology field or 2-4 years’ work experience in the technology field.
- Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) Tooling experience required. Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience would be a plus.
