About the Internship
Join VONQ’s HAPI Partnerships team as a Technical Support & Partner Enablement Intern! You will collaborate with our Partnerships and P&E teams to support our partners on technical onboarding and documentation.
What is HAPI
HAPI (Hiring API) is VONQ’s powerful partner integration platform that enables seamless job advertising functionality directly within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Capital Management (HCM) software.With HAPI, our partners can embed smart job board marketplaces, direct apply solutions, performance-based advertising, and analytics into their systems, creating a better experience for their customers and new revenue streams for themselves.Learn more: https://www.vonq.com/hapi
What You Will Do
- Share and send technical documentation to partners
- Update and create new technical content on our Knowledge Base for partners
- Proactively track and follow up on partner implementation progress
- Map XML field data to job boards for Organic Posting Network
- Answer simple technical questions from partners
- Update the HAPI Implementation Progress Tracker
Qualifications
Who You Are
- Availability to work 4 days a week / min. 30 hours
- Interest in SaaS/HR Tech/ATS integrations
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Comfortable with technical documentation (you don’t need to code)
- Communicative and collaborative (English fluency required)
- Based in the NL (Rotterdam area) is a preference
