and are one of the fastest growing online clothing retailers.We serve both B2C and B2B customers such as non profits, retailers, and Universities through our 22 store and office locations across the United States. Additionally we help brands and licensors sell online both through company branded and marketplace websites.We're looking for a highly motivated, self-driven individual to train as a press operator at our Ypsilanti production facility and warehouse!We work in a fast paced environment that requires attention to detail and quick thinking.This position starts at $16 an hour with the opportunity for advancement.
We provide on the job, paid training!Second Shift is Monday through Friday, 3p-11p, with optional overtime available.Responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):
- Helping with the loading of daily deliveries
- Maintaining inventory
- Sorting and assigning inventory to a bin system
- Organization of packing lists and bills of lading
- Retrieving orders from inventory to be sent into production
- Making deliveries to customers using company provided vehicles.
- Responsible for ensuring that all deliveries are made on time and accurately according to the schedule, meeting or exceeding customer expectations and in hands dates.
- Responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading products from the delivery vehicle, ensuring items are handled with care to avoid damage.
- Responsible for maintaining the assigned delivery vehicle in good condition, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and serviced regularly.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer concerns or issues that arise during the delivery process.
- Maintain clear and open communication with the dispatch team and customers, providing updates on delivery status or any issues encountered.
- Responsible for regularly reporting any issues or delays encountered during deliveries to the supervisor, including traffic conditions, vehicle issues, or customer feedback.
- Must be able to maintain flexibility in availability, which will be determined by the delivery schedule, including the potential for long-range deliveries and extended hours.
- When not driving, assist with warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, packing, sorting, and organizing orders.
- Responsible for following all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, customer interaction, and vehicle use.
- Must follow all local, state, and federal traffic laws and regulations while operating the delivery vehicle.

- Ability to meet the physical demands of this job including lifting, pushing, pulling of products.
- Ability to work independently and also function in a team environment.
- This position requires punctuality, problem solving and attention to detail.
- Candidates must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and safe driving record meeting company standards.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a delivery driver or in a related role. Experience with long-range deliveries is a plus.
- Candidates should possess navigational skills to read directions, locate addresses within a designated delivery area and must be able to navigate adverse terrain.
- Qualified candidates must be able to work on their feet all day, have the ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs., and be able to work independently.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate delivery needs, including potential long-range deliveries and extended hours.
- Must possess strong work ethic and ability to operate with limited supervision.
