About the Role


We’re looking for a versatile, tech-savvy, and highly organized individual to join our team in Mexico City. This in office role blends IT support and office operations management. You’ll be the first line of onsite technical support and the go-to person for ensuring a smooth and welcoming office experience. From solving hardware issues to managing vendor relationships and onboarding new hires, your impact will be felt across all teams.

Responsibilities


IT Support 


  • Provide onsite troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Manage device onboarding/offboarding using MDM tools like Kandji; integrate with Apple Business Manager.
  • Administer OKTA for user lifecycle management and group configurations.
  • Support SaaS tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and Jira ITSM.
  • Maintain IT support documentation and hardware inventory.
  • Triage incoming IT tickets, escalate network issues with WeWork, and contribute to internal tooling improvements.
  • Coordinate IT onboarding setup (laptops, access credentials, etc.) for new employees.

  • Oversee WeWork-related logistics including access management (QR codes, badges), space usage, and cleanliness escalations.
  • Support internal events, team celebrations, and cross-functional onsite visits.
  • Maintain office directories, seating charts, and welcome new hires with onboarding kits.

  • Handle employee questions and office-related escalations in coordination with People Ops and HR.

Requirements


  • 3+ years in IT support, office management, or similar hybrid roles.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting Mac/PC hardware and SaaS tools.
  • Experience with Kandji, OKTA, and Google Workspace preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with an in-office presence.

Nice to have


  • Apple or IT certifications (e.g., ACMT, CompTIA).
  • Experience with Jira, automation tools, or basic scripting (Python, bash).
  • Prior work in SaaS, startup, or shared office environments like WeWork.
